I have the goal of doing pilates and yoga when I am recovered from my PAO! How is it going for you as far as mobility and toning? Good job on accomplishing this already! :)
Thank you! As soon as I started the class it ended for the spring so I am very much looking forward to starting it back up this fall. I have been doing (non hot) yoga and its going well!
